Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Canadian orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes).

Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $12.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please allow additional processing time during holidays, promotional periods and sales.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 9 business days from the date your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Her Dailys ships exclusively within Canada. We do not currently offer shipping to the United States or other international destinations.

We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

PLEASE NOTE

A “business day” is considered Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.

All prices and shipping rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Shipping charges, taxes and applicable fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

Certain remote or air-stage locations within Canada may incur additional shipping charges. If additional charges apply to your delivery address, we may contact you after your order has been placed.
